Please note we require full payment of the session at the time of booking.

If you are booking an assessment, we require 50% of the assessment fee at the time of booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

We value the time of our clinicians and ask that you provide SCF Psychology with at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please email us at info@scfpsychology.com.au between 930am to 430pm, Monday to Friday to avoid payment of full fee.
