Psychology Fees

Standard treatment sessions last for 50 minutes, while psychological assessments typically require 2–3 hours. For your appointment information, please note that we offer in-person, Telehealth, and AVL (Audio Visual Link) appointments from Monday to Friday. If you require court-based AVL appointments, these can be facilitated through Just Connect. OUR Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking for standard treatment sessions, and this is part of our appointment information. For psychological assessments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and please note that these assessment deposits are non-refundable.

We value the time of our clinicians and clients on our waitlist, and we ask that clients adhere to our cancellation policy by providing at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@scfpsychology.com.au between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full appointment fee, including Clinical Psychologist fees and Forensic Psychologist fees associated with assessment appointments.
