Appointment Information

• Standard treatment sessions are 50 minutes in duration

• Psychological assessments typically require 2–3 hours

• Appointments are available Monday to Friday

• In-person, Telehealth, and AVL (Audio Visual Link) appointments are available

• Court-based AVL appointments can be facilitated through Just Connect

To arrange an appointment, please email info@scfpsychology.com.au and include:

• Your full name and contact details

• Reason for referral

• Preferred days and times for your appointment

We will then contact you to discuss availability and next steps.

OUR Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for standard treatment sessions

• A 50% deposit is required for all assessments at the time of booking

• Assessment deposits are non-refundable

We value the time of our clinicians and clients on our waitlist and ask that clients adhere to our booking and cancellation policy by providing at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@scfpsychology.com.au between 9:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full appointment fee, including assessment appointments.
